For those rare occasions when you wish to return an in-store purchase, please comply with our in-store credit and/or exchange policies, which are posted at the salon and validated with your sales slip signature:
Unworn, unaltered and undamaged merchandise may be returned in
its original condition for store credit and/or exchange only within
seven (7) days of purchase
accompanied by a valid receipt.
We cannot accept items for credit or exchange that have been sized, altered in any way, or that show any sign of wear or damage.
Sorry, we do not give cash refunds.
One-of-a-kind, pearls, clearance and all discounted items are final sales.
